StreetVending HomeBiz 101 Fishballs/Kikiam!

Do you live near highly traffic areas? Schools, Terminals, Establishments? well if you say yes! then this one is good for you.
What is needed?

1. Frying pan and Ketchin utensils(You could use the one you have at home no need to buy new)

2. Stove

3. Plastic Accessories to put sauce and other garments.

4. Fishball stick ( you could buy it at markets for 3 bundles at 10 peso)

5. Fishball/ kikiam (Market price 36 peso per pack/ 32 peso per pack)

Profit

A pack of fishballs mainly has 90 peso worth when you sell them with you eating your product! so?

Fishballs Sold 1 pack
36 peso 90 peso 90 - 36 = 54 peso

And if you get to sell 4 pack a day 54 x 4 = 216 peso

in a month 216 x 30 = 6480 peso on Fishballs alone!!!

I tell you when you have a great trafficked area selling it is easy, people from the Philippines are streetfood loving and fishball eaters.. So get the load of it and you could start this business right away.

Bonus!!
How to make a sauce?

Ok here is my winning recipe i used to own 4 carts of fishballs and earn quite big until i don't have much time to manage them.

What is needed?

soy, flour, cornstarch, pepper, liver spread, brown sugar, salt, chili, water, butter, garlic

Procedure

Boil 1 liter of water if the water start to boil put in the garlic minced or crushed, Then pepper, Next Dilute a 3 spoon Flour and 4 spoon cornstarch in a bowl put it in the boiling water and stir. then put a more than a half kilo of brown sugar.( Please do estimate the thickness of the sauce.) If the sauce is already sticky while cooking add water it will be too thick when it is cooked. Just enough to feel a bit sticker). After 15 to 20 minutes put in the butter around 1 to 2 tablespoon, and 2 Tbsp liver spread. And let it settle.
